Terms of Service

Welcome to WearCast. By creating an account or using the WearCast app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

WearCast helps you catalog your wardrobe and generates AI-powered outfit suggestions based on weather, occasion, and your own styling preferences.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use WearCast.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• WearCast offers a free plan with limited AI features, and paid Plus/Pro plans with higher usage limits.
• Paid subscriptions are billed and processed by our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
• We may change plan pricing or feature limits with reasonable notice.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant WearCast a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you, and to send it to our AI provider (Google Gemini) solely to generate outfit suggestions and auto-tag items for your own account.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use WearCast to upload content you don't have the right to use, to attempt to access other users' accounts or data, to abuse or overload the Service, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. AI-Generated Suggestions

Outfit and tagging suggestions are generated automatically and may sometimes be inaccurate or simply wrong. You're responsible for how you use these suggestions — WearCast isn't liable for any outfit choice made based on the app's recommendations.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI suggestions will always be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WearCast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or modify/discontinue features of the Service. We'll post updates here with a new effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
